fuelGenie mobile app release 3.3.2 We’ve updated the fuelGenie mobile app to comply with the latest security requirements. This will give you the comfort to know the app will work on the latest phones and operating system, and your data is always secure.

Small security upgrade has made which is used when allowing fuelGenie customers to login and manage their account via the app.

fuelGenie mobile app release 3.3 We’ve made a couple of improvements to the fuelGenie app to make it more user friendly. When requesting new cards we’ve made it much clearer what information is needed for each new card. And when looking at forecourt details in the app we’ve now made the map scrollable to allow you to zoom in, out, and around the location to help you find your way. Don’t forget, you can order both fuelGenie supermarket fuel cards and the new fuelGenie+ cards through the app. fuelGenie+ cards can be used at existing fuelGenie supermarket locations and most Shell forecourts.

fuelGenie mobile app release 3.1 We’ve added new functionality to the fuelGenie mobile app to help you manage your account from your mobile. If you’re a fuelGenie customer you can now use the app to view all your invoices, download a copy of an invoice, view all your cards and card details, and also update card details. If you haven’t logged in to your account recently you can reset your account password. If you’re not yet a fuelGenie business customer, you can apply at www.fuelGenie.co.uk.

fuelGenie mobile app release 3.0 If you’re a fuelGenie customer you can now use the app to access your fuelGenie fuel card account. You can log in to your account, set a local PIN or use touch/ face ID recognition, view a summary of your account, request an increase to your spend limit, and manage the cards linked to your fuelGenie account. If you haven’t logged in to your account recently you can also reset your account password.

We’re really pleased to release a new version of the fuelGenie mobile app following a complete refresh of the fuelGenie brand look and feel. Also some little updates that we need to do ready for some new features coming soon. We’ve also made a couple of other improvement to how we manage the releases of app so in future we will always be able to make sure you have the latest version.

We have been listening to your feedback and have made a number of small improvements to this release. These include improvements to aspects of the internal workings of the app to make it run faster, links to fuelGenie social media sites have been added so you can track the latest news from fuelGenie, and we’ve made some small improvements to the screen designs to improve usability.
