I received a reply from the developer and am quite happy with the clarification provided. I have yet to use the card to ‘power up’ my car so that is why I am currently holding back the one star.
I tried to contact the company directly through their website to ask a question but couldn’t find the link either in the webpage or the app. I’m happy enough with the efficiency of the toll badge device to get through the toll stations and other then the tardiness of getting the bill no complaint there. My complaint is that this company seems to be the most expensive for electricity. Comparing it to one other card I have they were 60% more expensive. On their FAQ website they state that the average charge on motorway stops for electricity power up is about €18. Under their present pricing scheme you’d be looking at closer to €50. As I said I tried contacting them directly for clarity but if there is a way it’s not easy to find on their website or app. I’ll gladly change this review if I can get some answers.

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, the 18€ mentioned in the question on our website are an indicative price and an average of all the electric recharges observed on the highway.
Fulli is simply an issuer of electric charging cards and APRR "rents" its service areas to electric charging station suppliers. In the same way as for fuel, neither APRR nor Fulli contributes to the price of electricity.
In addition, following your message we will ask for the deletion of the "18€" which does not represent the realization of the price of electricity.

App won’t load
Travelling to France with our EV so am interested in the combined toll and EV charging option. App downloaded from the App Store but won’t open- ‘an error has occurred’. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still can’t open it on iPhone 13
