Easy to use and quick turnarounds
The app is very intuitive to use and lets to request/ raise a variety of issues. The team replies promptly and issues are usually resolved within a week.
Can't be verified
The system won't verify me and allow me to complete the registration presumably because there's an apostrophe in my surname and the system can't take it. Have had this online before. Could you fix this please? Thanks
