Our App is available for both Seekers looking for their perfect shifts and Providers looking for quality trained staff. Seekers We offer flexible, part time and fulltime hour roles across the UK. We always pay above minimum wage, holiday pay is accrued on top of every hour worked and workers are completely free to set their own schedule picking and choosing which shifts and rotas work for them. GIG Flex allows seekers to pick and choose shift by shift where and when they want to work. GIG Hub is our work away model where we provide transport and accommodation and you can work for 3, 4, or 7 days for 12 hours giving you some serious earnings in a short time. Should be available throughout the whole UK and not just major cities. Although myself live in a major city (Newcastle), I was unable to proceed with the app as there wasn’t an option to give for a location near me, the closest to me was in Scotland or Manchester

Good to start with (London)

It is very easy to apply and easily verified. By that I mean that they have a couple of head offices, so you have a possibility to choose more comfortable for you to come to. The interview is not long, it takes just around an hour but you need to book in advance. The staff is extremely helful and help to find first shifts the same week. They also provide courses if you completely new. It is very simple to use the app or you can contact them straight away for the available shifts. The payment comes every week. The only downside is some app bugs, so you need to log in almost every time you want to use it and it’s impossible to save your details. What is more, the app starts sending notifications to clock out before 15min every minute, which makes you annoyed. Why it is good to start? Well, the pay isn’t the highest. Avr pay for a server is around 8,4/hour, but cannot complain a lot. The hotels/companies I worked at was nice, everyone friendly. If you work well, they usually offer a permanent job, so it is nice to check the place at first how it is for real.

During account creation every time you switch to phone book or lose connection it resets the whole procedure, you have to get the details for your references during signup, so after typing out usernames, emails, address, National insurance, passwords, job history, profile about me essay, and a few other bits... you flick over to get phone numbers for referees... and it is back on signup or login page... so you fill it all in again, and it does it again... so you write down the details and try again... and you lose connection briefly... and yet again you have to fill in every single tedious bit of information... I still haven’t made it all the way through and I want to throw my phone out the window

Great to use making it so much easier finding working in a variety of place through the agency seeing the job spec for different role and making the application process hassle free, very innovative as with traditional agency’s you had to go through the head ache of contacting them and in most cases not finding a role you liked or where suited for. Would highly recommend,MC
