Update and firmware issues

Since the latest iOS update my gotcha is not recognised on my phone. I’ve tried hard resetting, draining the battery, unpaired it on the device several times but it just doesn’t recognise. Good device when functioning but frustrating when not.

Version 2.0. Well done guys

So the watch itself got updated to version 2.0 and now the app has finally caught up.
I am very pleased they given a much better interface for the app with a link to how to use the watch correctly (finally).
If you are a fan of Pokémon Go but struggle to catch Pokémon because of other commitments then this this product is for you (you do need the watch).
My only negative is that since the watch got upgraded to version 2.0, sometimes the interface bugs out flashes of battery life causing it to disconnect from Pokémon Go.

However since using this app & watch, I caught far more Pokémon, far more shines and almost completed all the tasks I couldn’t before. This product is worth it.

What I would like to see is a link to maybe new and upcoming products from yourselves. How about as well as selling the watch you could sell it as neckless or keychain. Definitely would pick one up if it was a keychain version 👍

Hi, thanks for the review. Sorry that you have had problems connecting to the device. Maybe you could post the link to the YouTube video and we will review how we can make this process easier.

No way to update firmware

There’s really no use for this app other than to update the firmware on the watch itself. However the app doesn’t even do that, there’s no prompt, no button to press & connecting the watch doesn’t start an automatic update. Seems my watch is to be stuck on version 1.0.1 forever.
