Don’t worry, it was perfect on our trip
We booked a bike and boat trip with Rad & Reisen who use this app. None of us had any issues with it for a whole week. In fact it was really good. Like any other app if it ever crashes you just close it down (swiping up) and reopen. I maybe did this once in the week.
User Hostile
Used this app for 6 week long walk in France, link supplied by travel Co. Many, many things wrong with this app but the outstanding item was it freezing several times a day, usually at start and end of walk. Only way I found to recover from this was to shut down the phone (a new IPhone 14 pro) and restart, that is via the SOS screen. When stationary, app doesn’t indicate direction phone is pointing in! Irritating klaxon sound when you go off route, but only if your phone screen is on! Overlaid symbols obscuring place names! Avoid.
Totally useless
This wouldn’t download to my partners galaxy at all and would only work while in Wi-Fi for me an my I phone. Failed completely to provide offline maps. I ended up. Giving up and just used paper maps. Very poor .
