I used to love this app, but..

I upgraded to use Chord Sheets and have saved songs successfully for years. Over the last few months I have noticed that some (but not all) the saved chords are invisible, though you can hear what the chord should sound like it you tap on the blank space. I have tried to submit a bug report via the App Store and it fails. I have tried to contact the company online and it fails. Do they exist any more? Will there be any upgrades to bring this app back to the great app it used to be?

Good rounded app, but…

Been using the paid app since the first or second year of release (had it on a gen2 iPhone) and have been very happy with with it the whole time. Been able to refine load without repaying each time I upgraded my iPhone without issue too.

Sadly there seems to be a glitch where the tuner window will occasionally just be a black screen when opens. The rest of the app is fine and useable but the actual tuner isn’t available for some reason.

I’ve tried shutting down and reopening the app, deleting and re-downloading the app and turning my phone off and on again with no easy fix yet discovered. Lucky it seems to be pretty intermittent but it’s definitely a pain in the backside. Maybe an update and bug fix would be good but the app doesn’t seem to have changed or been updated in years.

Over all a good app that’s been slightly spoiled by the new glitch. Would recommend but with caution.

iCloud support would be ace

Hi folks, been a user of the freebie version for ages, but just discovered the excellent chord sheets functionality of the paid version. This will be brilliant for sharing arrangements with my band mates and as an aide memoire for me.
However this is slightly spoiled by the fact that iPhone and iPad versions don’t sync so work I do on one does not appear on the other, so please consider implementing iCloud sync in future versions.
Also, the ability to save a chord sheet PDF directly to files on iPhone/iPad would mean one could then easily import into BandHelper, as it is I’ll have to email a PDF to myself which is a little clunky
