Helps me make better choices for my health!

I have found I am a lot more conscious during the day to be more active and eat better since I have been doing the goals in the app. They are just little changes that are suggested but I’ve been feeling really good. Plus I get excited to see when my age changes.

Great app but very buggy

I really love this app and wish I could give it 5 stars. But it is constantly logging me out, even when I’m in the middle of using it. This then requires an email passcode to get back in. That’s if it works, sometimes it just says “user unauthorised”. It doesn’t always pick up my daily steps, even when it says it’s synched with the health app. And it won’t let me retake the questionnaire for bio age, and the coach has provided a link. Needs a lot of work!

Really useful app - the biological age is a great starting point for what you need in terms of tips, behaviour change, supplements etc. updated regularly with really good content as well.
