Absolute trash and useless

75% of the time I use the app to make outbound international calls (non UK calls), the app quite simply doesn’t work.

The app is constantly stuck on connecting…. and even when it does finally work, it takes a good 20 - 30 seconds to connect the call. It has gotten so bad that I have practically given up using your app for calling out internationally and have resorted to trying to use WhatsApp business as that has a much higher chance of working.

Customer service is good but the actual product simply doesn’t work. I don’t understand why my work thinks this product is worth the money.

Thank you for your feedback. We are continuing to develop the application to make it a better experience than the previous version. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact your service provider so they can be investigated.

Does not receive calls

Had this for a few months. It’s been updated a couple of times. The app looks nice, but I’d rather have an app that functions. I also use the desktop version. I’ve watched this app while the desktop soft phone is ringing… nothing, not a peep, no notifications. Only clue that you’ve missed a call is refreshing the recent calls list, only there is no refresh button, it’s necessary to tap between pages to get it to update. One wonders how rigorously this was tested before release 🙄

Not sure what all the issues are

Brand new to the app and works great. Love the look and feel and very easy to use. The only time I ever have issue are when my data signal is poor, but I guess this is expected with an app that relies on connectivity 🤷🏼‍♂️ and when this does happen, the twinning function works great!
