Used for the first time last night! Fantastic service, turned up on time, both drivers (going out and return) were pleasant and chatty appropriately. Impressed by app which let me track where the driver was, so didn’t have to stand in the cold. For a city without Uber, this firm is a godsend, and has needed a service like this for years! Makes me want to go out more 😂
Adding Card Payment
What is account I’d? Thought it was what I sign in with and the same password.
Looking at my account the password length isn’t what I’ve set. Tried changing it no good
What do I do?
Horrible firm vile drivers
I’m absolutely fuming to say the least. Booked a taxi on the app all confirmed by text message. Taxi is nowhere to be seen so I rings the office to ask where my cab is to be told the app doesn’t go live until 10am each day. The man on the phone was angry with me for calling & was extremely rude towards me why have the app if it tricks you into thinking you have a taxi booked. I’m so mad it’s unreal so now I’m stranded can’t get to my hospital appointment all because of this stupid firm I’ll never use these idiots again FACT
