Booked a taxi for 8.15 arrived 8.12 asked to book it to pick us back up after 10pm and the driver came at 10.10pm will definitely use I-cabs again.
Do not use this company
Scott McCracken and Helena Higgins are the most nasty horrible people i have ever had the pleasure of working for. They do not pay minimum wage, tax or ni contributions. Conditions for staff are appalling and they just used me. The cars are not properly insured, we got stopped by police because the driver in the red skoda had no insurance for the car. They have 1 car out on the road usually that’s why waiting times are so high. Even if there are no cars on the road at all they will tell you its an hours wait. They don’t pay taxes or national insurance for employees and office staff who are earning less than minimum wage if they even get paid at all. Horrible people behind this company even stealing things the customers leave in taxis or spending their employees wages in cocktail bars or weekends trips away.
Worst taxi service ever
On three occasions now I have been left stranded with I cab, they have never sent out a taxi to me and every time I phone up the ladies tell me to wait and sorry were really busy, I had started to use the app around Christmas and forgave them as it’s a busy time of year, but during the middle of the day on a weekday the same thing has happened? This is the most unreliable and worst taxi service I have ever used, avoid
