The app was still decent before everything seemed to be working fine but this new update where it shows distance to pickup rather than where the job is going is not good please can you do it so we know where the jobs are going how it was instead i think that worked alot better because if you work and you know your plots you know roughly how far it is etc

when you get a trip and you accept it, there is a gap of a few seconds until your trip appears on the application. The “no show” function does not work. maybe you can also add “cash out” when you have money in your account, where you can withdraw money 4-5 times a day. if you can change the navigation on several variants, waze or the map on the iphone. when your trips appear, maybe you can add to trip to see it on the map, from where you take the client and where you leave him and to show you the amount of money, for that trip.
Also, if you can take out the notification for the messages. It s annoying when you receive 20-30 messages one after one and you want to cancel a trip or to send a message to base. It s not so usseful to see the messages, when you can see them in the inbox.

You could dispatch jobs quicker and easier on a radio system rather than use this.
The drivers app is to distracting and doesn’t say how the customer has booked the Journey eg IVR App/ Dispatch. There is far too much info on the Screen once you’ve accepted the job you shouldn’t need to stare at it only glance at the screen.

Everything should fit on the screen without scrolling down. you can get points on your license if you interact with it while driving.

You can not send a created message to dispatcher once you’ve pressed arrive. This means you can’t let dispatcher know if passenger alters or adds changes to the job you were given. You do not need half the messages that follow, they are too small to read! Card payments should be automatically checked and payment successfully cleared as soon as you press POB. That way whether driver’s been paid cash/card/account the driver only needs to only press clear at end of journey ONCE! and not acknowledge all the messages that come after the Job.

The passenger app is ok but when all cars are booked or out on jobs and clearing in under 10 minutes the passenger app shows half hour wait for a car. This is no good as the passenger then books with rival companies’cos their app shows 10 minute wait. If an estimated (not promised) time was given on screen no liabilities are incurred.
