Automatically picks up trackable packages which means so far I haven’t had to type in those annoyingly long numbers. It’s accurate and has even let me know there was an update to a Royal Mail package, in this case that the sender had dispatched it to Royal Mail so it was in their system, before I would have known by checking the Royal Mail app. Once the carriers have new info on the package, the app very quickly lets you know and it’s useful to see at a glance what your package is doing eg in transit or whatever. Obviously the info on the app depends on wether the carrier provides updates but so far I am 100% impressed and satisfied with this app. It covers all the carriers I need (as far as I know) in many different countries so I won’t be in the dark when ordering from abroad any more. There are some ads at the bottom and I don’t know if paying gives you more details or anything, but the free version is absolutely amazing so far. If you get a lot of packages it might be worth paying but regardless, download this app if you want handy, up to date information on packages you buy without having to jump between multiple apps. Extremely happy!!!

Delivered to wrong address

Had a message to say the package was delivered but having been in all day nothing was delivered. It was only when I clicked into the delivery instructions did I find it had been delivered to a neighbour, nothing through the door informing me of this so I messaged the company who told me it had been delivered to number 81. I called at 81 who said yes he had taken it in for his neighbour at 79! I live at 97! Thankfully the courier had picked the parcel back up and posted it on the local Facebook page and she also checked with the previous delivery driver who lived local. Needless to say the package was delivered and the courier told me the company had given her 79 not 97!! The postage label was printed incorrectly as so far as the house number was missing but alas all is well with world and we now have our package.

Now I don’t usually write reviews for apps but over the years I have used every single parcel tracker each with there own limitations. I recently bought something from eBay (from Germany) and initially it was shipped with DLH but once it reached the UK on clearing customs it was passed onto Parcel Force. 17Track was the only tracking app (including web) that told me that it had been passed onto Parcel Force and that there was a customs charge to pay. Not even DHL’s own app told me this and had it not been for 17Track I’d still be unaware that there was a charge to pay and that it was ready for collection from my local depot. Keep up the good work it’s really appreciated and I will recommend 17Track to everyone I know.

Parcel hasn’t been delivered it’s been 2 days now
GIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Been waiting 25 days for my £60 parcel to arrive after being in customs for more than the shipping itself. Was told it was going to be delivered at a certain time. Fast forward I get an update that it was delivered to my address in which I indicated that was a lie due to checking in with my parents at home aswell as my neighbours to see if it has arrived. It seems like 17track is notorious for giving the incorrect information online about a parcel or whether highlighting if the parcel or the carrier themselves are legit or not. I decided to do some research to see if anyone else was in the same predicament that I was in and founded out that the delivery service in area could be delivering your parcel up to a week or 2 from your original date of delivery. Unless the product magically delivers from the week of my review then I’m going to keep this rating to a minimum of one star.The app itself is nice tho with a good UI.
