I have won a decent amount on this app all in all. But my gosh you get one decent payout and then it absolutely rinses the life out of you. I won £1000 around 2 years ago and since then not once have I had a decent win. No longer get bonuses on the game even though I have been a loyal customer/player for a number of years. Should have deleted the app as soon as I took a big win lol. Was looking for a new app to play games for small amounts of money, more for fun than for making a living out of. I deposited the required amount and played the free 77 spins given as a promotion to entice new customers and won around £27 even though it would only let me have £20 of the £27 saying I had reached my limit (what a con) I decided to play a game through the app and in no time at all I’d spent £5. I checked my balance and there it was my cash I had deposited had been depleted by £5 not the bonus I had just won so basically you don’t win and they get you to spend £20 of your money (what an actual con) not happy glad I looked at my balance. Quickly withdrew my remaining £15 and lost my bonus money all of it (what a con) obviously the reels would have spun, spun and spun some more until I’d spent it all I bet there was also a wagering requirement that was 50 times what I’d put in delete the app saves you money in the long run. Extremely DISAPPOINTED with 777 Casino that words cannot describe. I have been a very very loyal customer with 777 for MANY YEARS and have had some good wins along the way but recently I won £19 and have NOT YET RECEIVED A PENNY OF IT. I was suddenly hit with a message telling me my name does not match with my account purely because one of my 2 first names was omitted which was not a problem for 777 for over 4 years. I was asked to send a copy of my ID and bank statement which I have but since the 6th August 2025 when I made the withdrawal request, I have not heard a WORD FROM 777 casino. My £19 withdrawal request thank God still shows but nothing is happening nor any correspondence.The help button in the app DOES NOT WORK. I’ve tried emails to the technical support who requested my documents and they can’t be BOTHERED TO RESPOND EITHER. So am lost for words and they still have my £19 I LEGITIMATELY WON. Incredible!
