Pleased with how the app functions since downloading it a couple of weeks ago. The layout and usability appears to be a lot better than the previous apps I’ve used before. Yet to have any connection issues too which is great as this was always a problem I found with other email apps. The only thing that I’m unsure on is the notifications. I don’t think the sound always comes through and accuracy on the push notification option. Could be something at my end, but would appreciate any suggestions from the developers on this if possible? Other than that, this is serving very well.

First appearances it’s a great app, similar in many respects to Outlook but this seems to work where outlook slips up with IMAP email addresses. I was hoping for a focused inbox (similar to Outlook) but looking at it deeper it appears there are better spam filters built in to BlueMail anyway? No help folder at all on the app itself , so some of the facilitiesI am unsure of setting up or the actions to use,I can contact by email but I was hoping for a help file of some form. I echo someone’s previous post in regards to not being able to set up a yahoo account, I also received the pointless coding which yahoo have no need for, this being unable to set up Yahoo in BlueMail. Another facility I cannot use which is one of the reasons I downloaded the app – that is ‘snooze email’. The snooze option appears in the slider controls but when tapping it does nothing to load up a ability to snooze the mail. The above issues kind of deflated my initial impressions really, as in regards to an email app this one got me quite excited, which is quite sad I guess- but it seemed to have everything I required. Sadly most of those do not appear to work through some bug or another, and looking at the list of complaints about bugs and non-fixes I wonder if this app is really going to be any use to me. I have sent a few emails to support today being my first day of use, hopefully will receive some replies, although once again comments left on these reviews suggest that possibly may not happen. UPDATE-send a series of small email enquiries to different contact emails that I’ve seen but still no response at all, so with that I had to delete the app and go back to Apple mail, a great shame as the prospects of blue mail were really quite good, just such a shame that you can’t even kickoff from the start.
Alternative to outlook
First timer iPhone user
I have old iPhone 7 and the outlook app doesn’t cover my phone only have iso 15 Did download an email app even though I liked the format, it didn’t like sending pics to my email address, took a chance on this app and it had no issue sending pics to myself, it automatically updates incoming emails once opened, and opens the full email when selected, for a free to use app, it fulfils my requirements, only been using for a few days have had no issues with it, as long as it stays free for me to use, I won’t be looking elsewhere.
