I had been recommended this app a long time ago, but hadn’t used it until a couple of days ago..... WOW, it has blown me away with all its functions, but also their customer care is fantastic!!!! I am embarking on a new acting path, and needing to make self tapes for castings. This app is exactly what I needed!!! I’m not great at remembering lines at quick notice, so this is great to use with the teleprompter mode to remind you of lines! I also used the green screen background function, which worked amazingly! I was having trouble understanding how to load the different backgrounds, ( I’m a bit of a technophobe!) and messaged the support team who replied so quickly! They can send you step by step guides whatever your issue! So helpful, for people like me!The finished result was superb! I have shown the video to lots of people, and they cannot believe how professional it looks and that it was all done on my iPhone!!!In this day and age, where actors/presenters are asked to film audition pieces at home to submit to casting directors, this app is a must have. It will save you so much time and will give you such a professional result.Thank you thank you BigVu!!!!!!! Will be recommending to all my friends!!!!!

I had a couple of issues when first downloading the app. It appears it just need a little bit of time. The next date was working fine but in the meantime I had messaged not expecting a reply till the next day but I’ve got a reply straight away with some tips to fix, but ultimately it was fixed by the next day anyway great customer service thank you so much
Never works properly

If you want to treble the amount of time it takes to make a video by all means get this app! Otherwise go elsewhere. It’s beyond glitchy. Nothing works properly. The speed of the script speeds up and slows down for no reason, it adds extra spacing which adds work omitting them, the start point never works, you have to delete the text after a take if (like me) you can’t carrying on for more than 2 minutes! If they just got the basic teleprompter right I’d be happy. Instead of adding more tricks that make it even more glitchy and unusable, they should concentrate on ensuring the main point of this app is working correctly. Don’t waste your money.I hate this app!

BIGVU is a great product for content creators. It solves the one annoying problem you have when reading from a script, i.e. that is looks like you’re reading from a script. BIGVU makes creating professional looking videos much easier. The branding options really add a nice touch. And the app works great, too. Perfect for non-experts, this is the tool you need to up your social media video game. Get it!
