【Description of Auto-Renewal Service (Subscription)】
1.If you have activated this auto-renewal service through Apple ID and do not actively cancel it within the subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as "Account") bound to the auto-renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period (subject to Apple's actual deduction rules). You should monitor the balance status of the above account. If the renewal fails due to account issues or insufficient balance, you will bear the risks and/or losses. To help you understand the auto-renewal situation, Apple will notify you of the upcoming deduction five days in advance via [in-site messages or emails], so please pay attention to receiving them. Please note that due to the nature of the auto-renewal service, if you do not explicitly cancel the auto-renewal service within the subscription period, Apple will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period based on your authorization. In principle, the fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded.
2.Subscription period: 1 month, 1 year, etc. (subject to the subscription page settings), which you can choose by yourself.
3.You acknowledge and agree that iCSee has the right to adjust the service price or stop providing the auto-renewal service. If iCSee adjusts the service price when you activate the auto-renewal service, you will be notified in advance in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to in-site announcements, SMS, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel the auto-renewal service according to these rules. If you do not cancel the auto-renewal service, the subsequent fees deducted by Apple will be based on the adjusted service fees. If you cancel within 24 hours before the subscription period expires, Apple may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period according to the adjusted service fees before stopping the deduction service. After the auto-renewal service is canceled, if you reactivate the auto-renewal service, the service fee automatically deducted by Apple will be based on the service fee displayed on the page at that time.
4.The method to unsubscribe from the auto-renewal service is as follows:
Open the Apple iOS device "App Store" -> click on the Apple account avatar in the top right corner -> enter "Account" -> click "Subscriptions" -> select "iCSee", and cancel the subscription.
5.iCSee may also stop providing the auto-renewal service to you based on operational strategy needs. Your subscription service period will terminate upon the expiration of the current service period.

I have bought more and more cameras over the year as they work very well for my needs with the tracking particularly useful on the drive. The thing that spoils it for me is the continuous advertising even after I have switched this off within the app. For some this won’t be an issue, but for others just needing a CCTV system rather than another stupid advert every time you open the app it is frustrating. For that reason alone I will run these cameras but am replacing them for a manufacturer that does not ram an advert down your throat. If you mention the advertising I’m sure nobody would by these!You have spoilt the experience of what was originally a decent affordable system

Sorry to bring you a bad experience. When you open the app, you can click the upper right corner to skip the ads, or you can close the app in my - Tools -AdHub ads/Google Ads. Wish you a happy life. If you have purchased our APP package VIP customers can be exempted from the AD pop-up function.
Bad update! Video data not loading

I updated the app yesterday, 28 November, (I wish I didn’t). I’ve paid for the remote cloud data so I can view recorded days but now I am only able to view Real Time recording and every time I go to watch a load data in the Playback section, I am given the message “ Time out when getting video data. Try again?”. I’ve tried a few ways to fix this problem but it appears everything is useless. I’ve rebooted my WiFi that the camera is connected to, I’ve rebooted the camera itself and deleted the device from the app. Now, I am signed back with the same account for the same device and none of those have resolved the problem. I have paid for the cloud data plan and my time I’ve paid for is ticking and I’m not getting the service that I need as my business relies on this type of security. Please can the developer or anyone get in touch and explain to me how I can fix this issue?Much appreciated.

Been using this app for a number of years, this latest update removed the buttons either side of the centre button for viewing event notifications, I now get an alarm notification that I used to click on and it would open the app and I could see the picture, now when I click on the alarm notifications it takes me to live view which isn’t what I want I want to see the picture of the alarm notification, please send me a downgraded appEdit: after using the app for a day or so, on the display mode where you choose the camera you want to view there’s an event button and also if you click the 3 vertical dots you can choose event, but I’ve not been able to find the event button while on live camera view lick the previous app before the update

Does the job to a good standard

I’m a new user having had the camera installed yesterday. I’m quite impressed by the camera and the app so far. Am able to control both and ultimately I have what I wanted: a workable (good quality picture, with zoom) camera, with sound (can set on or off) that I can watch live and record for playback. I can set the boundary area and coverage tailored to my needs. I like to check all of the functions on apps to test what they do, so am already quite confident in its use. I have an SD card rather than a subscription, so don’t have any issues with recording or playback. All in, it does the job.
