Decent enough app for keeping up to date on rugby news and scores. First time at the final yesterday and stood at the gate for over 40 minutes waiting for the ticket to load. What is the problem with adding to digital wallet? About 100 people around me all stuck outside with no tickets showing. Poor design causing immense frustration when a simple add to wallet would be easier.

The app is fine for getting results and looking at the tables and the match stats aren't too bad. But as for the Premiership Rugby TV, what can I say - it's utterly dreadful ! Having paid £4.99 to watch the Bristol V Harlequins game, I discovered that I could only watch it on an iPad (they are not adding the facility to watch it on a desktop computer until later in March). Also, I could only get a very small screen image on my older iPad, so had to use my newer (work issued) iPad. The commentary was abysmal – that guy Cox continually got the Quins player's names wrong and right near the end of the game when there were some crucial phases of play, the camera was focusing on a Bristol teddy bear mascot and seagulls flying round in the stands, which is absolutely ridiculous ! In future, rather than watching the awful PRTV, I shall just wait to watch the BT Sport highlights show !

Is very poor in its performance when casting to a large screen TV. You can play a single highlight game which freezes a few seconds before the end of the game finishes and then the app doesn’t respond to anything at all! The only way you can move on to another game/episode is by turning the TV off, closing the App and selecting a new game having turned the TV back on and reselected the Cast function again! Compared to the BT Sports App, where you can view all of the game highlights one after another, seamlessly, this app is abysmal.I hope the developers can take on board from the BT app developers how to do it properly from a user perspective

I love premiership rugby… such a good app considering you can get all your fixtures and games in one place! but if you look at the premier league, they have fantasy (fpl)! I know loads of people, myself included that love the fantasy rugby in the world cup and six nations and can’t wait to play the next. but in the middle of national tournaments, i am constantly dying for a credible premiership fantasy which at the moment does not exist. i hope you include a fantasy feature in the future.
