App not fit for purpose
Alliecat7
I cannot get into my ticketing account through the app at all. I have deleted the app on more than one occasion and it worked intermittently.I have spoken to at least two different people at the club office who say there is no problem. I have done everything I can think of my end to try and sort the issue. I’ve asked the ticketing office staff to pass on messages in the hope I can get this sorted, all to no avail. This has all started since going over to ticket master. Is there anyone, anywhere that is prepared to help me resolve this issue or am I going to miss out on tickets etc. because at this point for me it’s not fit for purpose?
Useless

I have been a season ticket holder for 7 years and the prem have decided to change the ticketing system fine. The problem is the app is absolutely useless my dad can’t transfer my season ticket to me and I’m planning on going to the villa cup game and my dad tried to send the ticket to me when I tried to accept it it said there has been an error so I tried to decline it and once again said there was an error. Also the fan number feature is useless as you can’t even find the number. This is deeply upsetting to see how the club treat there fans.
Generally Good but few bugs still

The app gets you to lol the news quickly and easily. The aim problem is that when you get a notification to say the teams have been announced. You go to the app and it always tells me that they are not yet available! Very irritating. But do not be put off.
The update includes bug fixes and technical improvements.
