Our ‘Smart Prepay’ App works in connection with our customers’ PayPoint account and allows consumers to prepay and track their electricity credits online using a debit card or credit card.

This way of topping up is so convenient and easy. But would be better if it updated more than once a week ( that’s if you are lucky)

Great improvement on the previous version extremely easy to use
Good but 1 negative
Quick & easy to use.
Only downfall, it keeps coming up with my old card details and won’t let me change them so pain in the backside writing it all out every time I want to top up.
