CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURTHER UPDATE: IMO, Without a doubt the best cooking app!

3rd update..Still my favourite game, I think the cost of upgrades are reasonable and you are given many opportunities to boost the coins with lots of bonus games. In order to serve the multiple customers, you definitely need to know each recipe, then it’s still challenging, but becomes a bit easier.
Only criticism is the frustration felt with the large number of levels you have to play with basic appliances before the upgrades become available. Until you have them, it can get rather frustrating. Thank you

Totally addictive, incredible variety of dishes to cook, fantastic graphics, obviously have to shell out in order to proceed, but cost isn’t bad, developers are not ripping you off! Always keen to find out what is the next level, usually a great surprise! Upgrades are brilliant, really contribute to the game and your advancement! Again, IMO, far superior to other cooking apps!

It seems obvious that the crucial element is to know every recipe back to front, but occasionally you will come across levels which have the ingredients placed differently, therefore, the sequence you have learnt will be irrelevant. Best advice I can give is practice, practice and practice the recipes, by working towards getting the 3 stars on each game. Still the best cooking app!

Now a con. Which is a shame

This has been my favourite game for over a year. It is also my daughters favourite game. As I enjoy it so much I don’t mind paying out for some bank notes to progress, which sometimes you have no choice to do (some levels need certain characters and you are guaranteed you will not get enough of these). It was three notes to continue it was consistent and I didn’t mind. The developers then decided to get greedy. The notes I paid for after being so careful with them have now gone in three days. This update is a joke. 7 notes to continue 5 notes to continue. Ok so you get a few bonuses but these don’t help. It wasn’t that long ago prices went up when you purchased packs anyway. I was ok with this but this update screams greed and now I have lost the heart to try and continue. As I said some levels unless you spend notes to continue are impossible so what is the point in me continuing to play. I got all the way to Egypt too. Was a good game like so many that disappear over time developers got greedy and made it expensive to play. I was also a member which just got cancelled and my daughter has done the same. Maybe losing 2 players isn’t a lot but at this time when everyone is struggling I don’t think I be the only one.

I love it but I get a bit stressed out cos to many customers are coming at once so please just one at a time?l thought if you like pass a high level or something when a customer comes you could use everything you have ln the kitchen to make a dish??(BTW)can you make the customers give feedback?? When you make your own dish if they give good feedback you collect loads of things for the kitchen?? If you get bad feedback that means you get five more tries to make a different dish if now one likes it then you lose things in your kitchen???( I love the game can’t get off of it hahahah)P.S hope you like my feedback wasn’t trying to be rude just trying to help improve it doesn’t really need improvement!
