I’d say it’s the best for features, being able to track trends and setting markers. However, I constantly have arguments with their help desk as they transfer funds back to your bank as a “refund” which is going to flag your bank with any open banking you do for mortgages, loans and it will show as adverse credit on a credit check - The reason being the refund is usually a very different amount to what went to them, which will trigger any hard search. They stipulate that they MUST refund the card you deposited funds with or the last card used if there’s multiple transactions, but on a number of times, they have not done this and even transferred to a card that failed to deposit. They also ask you to prove cards you use to deposit multiple times. I was recently asked to prove an account I’ve already validated a long time ago and haven’t used for 2 years. That account is now closed so I can’t even log in to download a statement again. The mobile app is pretty solid but the web app struggles on Safari, Chrome and Opera GX when markets are volatile; it loses updates a lot and support try to claim it’s the internet connection although I have 900mb with 10ms ping. The app has great potential but needs more support and a better UI but that’s just my opinion as a Product Specialist.

I am really disappointed with this platform! Decided to invest 7,5k on Aston Martin. The price was going down until I woke up one day having many notifications that my positions were closed because reached 50%. I opened the application and it was showing me that from 0,63 went to 0,33 only for one minute time! In the beginning I got sad because I lost 7,5k until I decided to check on other platforms if this 0,33 price was in real! I checked on London Stock exchange, yahoo finance and few other platforms and realised that Aston Mastin NEVER reached the price of 0,33! So my positions were automatically closed without reason and if I haven’t noticed that I would lose 7,5k. When I saw it I starting emailing with the platform... They were answering straight away and they said to me that their chart doesn’t match with the real market and they will return me a part of my money! when I emailed them asking my money back because it was their fault and not mine and my positions would be still there if they wouldn’t have “technical problems”.... no answer have received! Like they don’t care! So what? Did I lose my money? I am writing all of this, as I said to them on the email, not because I want to hurt the platform but I want to warn you guys where to invest your money! And if this happen to you as well... investigate it first before you get disappointed that you lost your money!

Hello, we regret that you’re not satisfied with our services. You have been contacted multiple times by your account manager and also received official response based on the compliance department investigation. The investigation proved that your postions were closed closed at incorrect price of 0.43 when real price was 0.56 and the company reinstated the financial result of your account as before this technical issue took place, i.e. compensated the loss occured as a result of the tech issue.
Making Money??
do go dvdv
Been using Platform over a year now, here are some thoughts First Negative side of Capital # 1st you need to make Make money for the platform. Market share Price example £10, Capital SP £11. # Any company shares which are in high trending/ demand, The different in actual and Capital price will increase to £4-5such example Coinbase SP, Moderna SP, Tesla etc… so the moment you buy you are in a decent lost. And same goes to Selling shares, sell price is lower than market with a high difference. Now capital team will respond saying because we don’t charge currency conversion fee and give you best exchange rate for dollar. The answer is but you are making hell a lot for CFD traders in the above mentioned way both on Buying and sharing. So person lose on both side, where charging on exchange etc.. would be way lesser.Pre- Market and post Market trading- the price further change for SP. so if you are selling you can’t as the price is too low and same if you are buying its way too high compare to actual share price. # live chat not available anymore, readymade articles, and support email for inquiry Positive- #If you make any money, you can withdraw within seconds and will be in your bank account in next 48hrs, Depositing to account within seconds. #Do as many day trading you want.

Sam sam here
Now I joined this platform about 4 months ago Everything was going great But as you all aware three months ago the full stock market went in correction and it’s been a nightmare correction for over 65 days so far Now this is not the problem The problem is this platform Close my trade on my US Cannabis index out give me a notice or make me aware off it …and my margin was fine so they cant say I was on low margin either ….So they did Close it on lost of -£2500 down As you all know when your trade go against you .you hold your position waiting for it to go up agin But not on this platform As they said on the the email … the term and condition they can close your trade at any time out telling you or giving you notice …Now this is the problem is my trade I was £2500 thousand pound down which is not a lots off the money but could you imagine if you on if you are on big contract and you’re on 25 or £50,000 down and you hold in your position because you know it will go up eventually and then this platform just close it and telling you they can do it as they team and condition allowed to do this ???? You can tell some platform tried to rob people off on a different way but this one particular was pretty bad one Think before you put your money in this platform
