Taskade is a really helpful app much better than the done app. I have so many goals on there and even more that I have already achieved. The app sends my reminders do do exersize or to read a bit, I've made a sleep plan on there. You can a have a journal, and to-do list, a calendar and eat more. I would really recommend taskade to anyone who dose not write very well on paper. Thank you taskade!

Taskade seems to be shaping up really well, having been banging my head against a ‘task-app’ brick wall do so ling this one seems to tick more than most of the boxes. I like... the fact my wife will use it! The vid chat application - nuts! It’s clear and makes a lot of sense. I can add notes to tasks and documents. It can be a project manager or a check list in the same moment! i can collaborate with different people at different levels on different projects/tasks. What i don’t like... there is no master view of all lists (but apparently it’s on next release) Its a bit ‘hangy’ sometimes but that maybe my bband. Would like to see a view for “all unallocated tasks and all tasks without dates”, haven’t seen anywhere where i can get “You’ve screwed up!! missed a date” warning. Slightly nervous it’s so good and free that i will suddenly have to pay a big fee for every user - even if my wife only wants to share a shopping list. I think i will upgrade and pay as it’s “so good” but really want to be able to link in to free low level users.
The mobile app is a frustrating let down.

Taskade, the service, is amazing. But for me, the biggest strength is the ability to let’s say, start in mind map view and then at the click of a button switch to board view or action view or whatever. It allows me to create a process visually and then work through it in an orderly way. What they don’t seem to tell you ANYWHERE is that you can’t seem to do this on mobile. I’ve looked everywhere. Their marketing team must be amazing because you have to search quite far to get beyond their own search results which never answer the question “how to change view in the mobile app” but instead point you to a desktop related article with links to the mobile app at the bottom and NO mention anywhere that it isn’t possible to do on mobile. For me, this is a source of immense frustration. I’m increasingly becoming more and more iPad Pro based for my organisational processe. I am a visual artist; I need to lay out my ideas virtually first which you can do in desktop but, I repeat, they don’t tell you CAN’T do on mobile. It’s lifting the art of glossing over a glaring error to all new heights. I really want to keep using Taskade but I think once Milanote finish the upcoming iPad native app, I’ll switch. Here’s hoping the Taskade team reply here to tell me there’s a magic invisible button that I’ve missed.

Having tried most AI task & project apps out there i found this less feature rich than Notion with various bugs i reported and issues while using. The new background agents sound great in the video, but the first time i tried to use one it failed, and they can be run only on one task (a single "line") at a time. It seems impossible to use custom prompts or AI generally to query or transform a section of lists, again sounds great on paper with having chat etc but the AI has no context awareness - you can clearly describe parts of the project youre talking about and ask it to summarise, and it wont understand so makes up tasks itself out of thin air. Nice in theory but doesnt do what it advertises.
