I have used scanner app for my work purpose to create pdf file this one does not take a good picture the quality of the pic is really bad and just so all knows I have a good quality iPhone used for this app once I emailed it it looks so bad that I can't read some of the texts

Got a free trial and it was awful! Ads come up every 2 minutes which of your scanning a lot of documents is super annoying! You have to wait five seconds to make the ad disappear which is standard procedure however, it doesn’t let you click off the ad it forces you to click on the ad which of course opens the App Store. In order to bypass the ads then you must close the app and reopen otherwise the ad is STILL running in the background. App is also clumsily designed. Say you’ve scanned 10 pages and want to group them all together and send them via email you can’t, even if you’ve created a folder! So you have to send each page one by one! I cancelled my subscription as soon as!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The app is constantly spamming the page with adverts when I tried to use the free trial I was offered so that I could remove the adverts money was instantly removed from my account even though I was told it would not be removed until the end of the trial. When I tried to request a refund I had a page pop up laughing in my face as they said they cannot issue a refund. This app is made by scammers who want to try and steal any penny they can by offering free trials and charging obscenely high prices for their subscriptions which they take immediately with no trial period. They are thieves and crooks. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!

I downloaded the app to scan some documents, however the app only automatically picks up the photo on the documents, I am not even able to adjust that. Then I downloaded another app which is Scanner App:PDF Document, which worked and told me step by step how to cancel my subscription. When I was cancelling the other app in my Apple setting, I realised Scanner App, this horrible app has been charging me £9.99 fee without me knowing it and was not even able to use it once. Please refund my money as I did not use your service and did not authorise the payment!Horrible app. Can’t understand why App Store allows this type of behaviour
