Changes**update: now this app is all messed up. It doesn’t save progress, moves pieces after they’re locked, and the problems ho on and on. It used to be a cool app but not any more. They need to go back to the original coding. These updates are horrible. I started out loving this app; the puzzles are great and there’s a ton of selections. I liked that you could shrink or expand the puzzle and could use the outside area around the puzzle to assemble images or stack pieces I order to see them better since the bar along the bottom is pretty small. Now my puzzle doesn’t move, I can only make it larger or smaller but can’t move it at all and I can’t use the area around the puzzle for anything which makes it hard to assemble the puzzle. There should be options available for being able to shrink or expand it, move it around so I can work on a specific section, etc. at first I thought it was a glitch so I re-downloaded the app and all my saved puzzles disappeared so I had to start all over. Please either go back to the previous version or add it as an option. It was better.

Relaxing but too many Ads

Don’t bother…Way too many ads, there are ads every 20 seconds!!!!. Ads starts as soon as you open the app too!!! 6 times I had to log in before I could even start a puzzle without an immediate ad starting Ads at the bottom of the game constantly, so that you hit the ad by mistake & it pops up full page. There’s even an Ad button at the top, again placed so you hit it accidentally & again a full page ad pops up. The part that absolutely ruins the game is an ad pops up every 10-15 seconds, it interrupts your flow, makes you lose focus & is extremely annoying to the point that you become so frustrated, you stop playing altogether…for good. No excuse responding to this with ads are needed to fund game - you DO NOT need so many. It would literally take hours to finish one puzzle. I just quit out the app as soon as it starts & go back in, so for your advertisers it’s pointless. Instead of answering with the same old answer, ads are needed to pay, start listening…you have put in place 4 different ad areas that constantly interrupt the flow of the game, ads in place before you even START a game. Lessen the ads to just one at the end of each game. U are being far too greedy for the sake of the enjoyment of the game. Other apps do not have the excessive amount of ads you have, so they demonstrate u don’t need so many. Also, no one is going to pay to remove ads, you already make enough money from the ads. We will just stop using it, like I have.

Damages phones by overheating battery

In 10 years of using apps I have not seen anything this bad. It drains the battery of the newest iPhone devices in record time, and in the process overheats it (you can barely hold the iPhone 11 in your hand while working in a puzzle, that’s how hot the back gets). This obviously damages the phone by shortening the life of the battery, so if you have a new(ish) phone you still care about, do not get this app.What’s shocking is that you guys have received this feedback from many users (countless reviews talk about the battery issue) and you still haven’t fixed it. How this is not a priority (to the point where you should withdraw the app until you fix this issue) is beyond my level of understanding. In the real world if you were to sell a product that, in the process of its use, causes 100s of dollars/pounds/euros of damage, you would be immediately forced to pull it. Am also reporting this separately to Apple, they should not allow this app to be purchased until its major, device-damaging issue is fixed.

Just awful adverts every 4 secs or so, adverts terrible racket

And even woman speaking negatively decibels gave to turn sound off mused to be outstanding programme but saturated with adverts all time- hardly chance to put piece in `Programme awful now used to be excellent enjoyed playing fir years but no more till something is done to return it to game not advert brainwash and nut deafening either. Sorry it’s just=t dreadful not relaxing at all.Tonight trued again began even worse fit one jigsaw piece then add! Wanted to finish so persevered at almost very end just managed together a three and a four piece go before adds descended! Also kept putting temu ads on my nail box! These were at sane time as other add over top!!!! Thanks for reply but you will lose customers if this isn’t a little bit fairer to play. It’s mire advertising time than playing! At least finished my tiger
