App not working when on VPN!!!

The juice company appears to be mishandling customer data. The app stops working when I use my paid, high-quality VPN until I turn it off. After ordering, it asks to track my location even when I'm not using the app. This raises serious questions about how these practices benefit users.When first introduced, the app featured a clear user experience that made ordering easy. Now it's difficult to determine what size juice I'm ordering. The "16oz" label is not helpful. Please explicitly state that you sell large-size juice in the app, especially since you don't offer small juice options.Receiving numerous pop-up notifications, similar to a casino app, degrades the experience. I recommend following Heytea's example of a clear and functional app. Additionally, please don't restrict VPN usage, as turning it on and off is inconvenient.

I have never like Joe & The Juice so I need to say a special mention to Joe & The Juice I mean I love everything but one thing I think you could improve nothing because you are so great it made me cry when I thought you were about to close and I absolutely am a fan of the name Joe & The Juice so now that is why I gave you a five star of review

App is very responsive and easy to use. Customer service is available for chat and that’s very nice feature. The only fault is when you use the buy again feature it is automatically apply the location you bought it from and doesn’t give you the chance to change it before paying unless you do it consciously. so this lead to more than a few times where I purchased things from the wrong location and the staff wasn’t helpful at all, so essentially lost my money.
