Exceptional game love the fact you can grind without paying have spent a small amount on the game. Only. suggestions would be more strains,and also 24 hours would be a lot better than 48 hours between events, only reason being research points are hard to come by and would be nice to be able to earn research points other than just the events any changes or updates to one of my favourite games would be appreciated really don’t want to fall out of love with the game thanks 😄

I really love your game. But I feel you need to release new strains. I am now stuck after renovations with rooms empty. I have opened many crates but am always getting cards which have hit their seed maximum. I understand as a business you need to make money and I do admit to buying gems to open crates. But I’ve also noticed after the release of the new Europe game area. That you have released half the amount of strains per city. I feel this is blocking me from continuing with the game. Even when spending money and it means I am not enjoying the gameplay as much. For a new update I would really appreciate the release of new strains. And maybe a change in the algorithm for strain cards received from crates. I must admit I haven’t had as much of an issue with crashing as previous reviewers seem to have. It happens on occasion. But I’ve never lost any data. I just feel after he new release the game is more restricted and more difficult to progress with. Please release new strains of plant!

Event leaderboard full of botsIf you inspect leaderboards during events, you can be so far in the lead that you shouldn’t be able to be overtaken. However this is not the case, I had 1st place by a landslide then after an hour went to upgrade and do a check in etc.. my position drops to 5th and the 4 ahead of me somehow suddenly have 2x-10x my value. Even though they didn’t exist prior to the event. Ok whatever, p2w whales exist, these aren’t whales though as I checked again not even 5min ago from this review and those that were ahead of me by massive amounts no longer even exist and it’s a whole new group of 10 above me with the final rewards. This is blatant cheating your system so no one can get the top rewards without paying for upgrades. I saved up so I could do upgrades then log in to do so and my stuff was all spent on random table upgrades ruining my savings to get a whole new room. This is a clear attempt to bait people to spend money and based on the other reviews stating that they’ve been scammed I would NOT trust them. I don't expect any real support. There will no doubt be an AI bot “dev” response to this email that just states to email you so can ignore us!I give you the benefit of the doubt and hope that someone responds with something meaningful. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 10 working days of this email you can expect a flood of negative reviews.

The game is really good and I actually love it and I play it all the time because it helps me get through boredom the things I would like you to add in a update would be more countries/continents like Asia you should also add travelling through planets in the solar system with made up names for city’s and civilisation such as alien for example I know it will take a long time adding these features but trust me people will like the game 10X more probably because of the facts that your less limited and the game can carry on for longer also with events it would be good if they was 24 hours between instead of 48 because it makes it harder to come across research points and will make them a lot more easyer to come across them thank you for taking the time to read this pls take this into consideration goodbye.👋👋
