I got this game early on, around when it first came out. It's overall an excellent game, with lots to do, with the exploration and the crafting options. Furthermore, the customization, while not as impressive as some games, is still great.My only problem is the scholar, one of the tutors, which let you unlock new crafting options. However, to unlock her you need to pay £20! Yes, £20! And before anyone calls me stingy, let me explain. She unlocks for you: 25% exp gain increase, and two crafting paths. One is the ability to craft blank runestones, which is fine. And the other is wands, the main weapon for a class of mercenaries. And it costs £20. I would be fine if it was blank runestones, as you can find them easily. But wands are an outrage. Maybe reducing it to £10 would help, but the only reliable way otherwise, is the online market, where they could go for 100’s of thousands of coins. Do you see the problem? There’s also the exact same problem with the engineer, but now it’s £30. Yes it’s for weapons not used by many classes as far as I know, but still, £30 for two weapon types otherwise locked out to you!! However, they do grant a -50% breaking chance for weapons, so it makes a bit more sense, but only a little.However, besides that gaping hole of an issue, very good game. 5 stars

I never write reviews. However, I love this game so much, I felt compelled to write one for Shop Titans. Honestly, it is the best game I have ever played. It is the only game I have played on my phone that feels as if you could never stop playing because there is always something to do. I have played this game for around three months now, and I haven’t tired of it. I play it all day (when possible at work), every day. It isn’t simply about creating a shop and making a lot of money (for no apparent reason - as is the case with every other game I’ve played). Shop Titans has a constant flow of blueprints (for new items), upgrades for your shop and gear and enchantment building for your heroes. When I first began playing, I earned money and crafted new items and that was all I did. Now, I do that still, of course, but I also retire heroes and create new ones for the most highly skilled warriors, rogues and clerics etc. It isn’t a heavily strategy-based game, though, which again would be something that would bore me. Overall, it’s a game that has a bit of everything, and it really is worth exploring every aspect of it to get the full experience. Thank you to the creators for creating such a brilliant game.

I have been playing this game for around two years and I enjoy it very much, I have always loved slow grindey games which is exactly what this is. My only complaint is that the developers are as immoral as pretty much every other game dev company out there; they constantly push things in your face for you to buy and the prices are insane. They seem to pocket most of it because the content updates are very rare. The only frequent updates they do are; every month they release two new packs that contain 2 furniture items, 2 cosmetic items and 2 crafts, the packs are around $20 each; the price is absolutely ridiculous, especially once you have a better grasp of the game and you understand what it is you’re even buying, and on top of that, the designs of those items are almost always so ugly, like they can’t even spend an extra buck to hire somebody who has some visual design skills?If you have terrible self control when it comes to spending money, please please please stay far away from this game. Like I said, I’ve played this for about two years and the reason I’m writing this review is because my journey with this game is coming to an end, I did have a lot of fun with it, you can enjoy it even as a f2p player but you’ll wanna have a lot of self control for that hahah, cause the point of the game is to collect and master blueprints, so you’ll be very tempted to buy the two packs they sell you every month; I did waste money in that way in the first half year that I played this, I do regret it.

It’s a fantastic game and the devs offer a great support chat via a “contact us” button in game. Unlike many mobile games you are not limited by an energy bar, you can literally play this all day like I have done myself. It is multiplayer, you have the option to join or create a guild where players alike can all chip in together to upgrade their village. I absolutely love everything about this game apart from the prices of In-App Purchases which I will explain in detail.Now I’ve purchased the guns and crossbows expansion for just short of £30, this allows the player access to blueprints for both guns and crossbows, as well as a permanent buff for an increased 50% chance of items not breaking for your characters gear. Now this is a great expansion but I do feel that ALL of the in app purchases in this game are incredibly overpriced. I would love to have access to the VIP subscription but I cannot justify just short of £10 PER MONTH. Yes, the expansion is £30 but I am happy to support the devs with this one of purchase myself. I’m fully aware many other players would love access to these benefits if they were not so much money. The only other downside is certain blueprints in the starter packs (limited time offers as you start the game) are only available through the IAPs. Straight away I feel that I’m missing a part of the game for not making these purchases and it will always be on my mind.Overall the game is very well put together, the community is excellent and the devs are incredibly helpful. I am thoroughly enjoying this game apart from the fact that I will never see the blueprints in the starter bundles again and IAPs are very expensive. Thank you for your time.
