Needing to convert paperwork into mobile forms for post Covid-19. So, still trying various ideas out with the forms. Easy to use. Two things which I haven’t got the hang of yet is 1 - drawing on a diagram and that being sent through on the form and 2- downloading form in pdf format - link goes through to an error message. Sure these can be solved by a quick call. Other than that I’m loving the app/software, it should safe precious time.

Really great app I love it… good for all kinds of business and especially good for sole traders and independent business owners looking to collect reviews and feedback along with other vital key information gathering a business, sole trader or company might need to use to collect data and information. Unable to stop and start a form

I seem to have endless problems with this app when filling out a form if the screen automatically locks when I go back the form resets and I have to start again. Also if I check a wrong box by mistake the question that comes on the screen related to that check box doesn’t change when I change the check box.If I save a form to complete later it just disappears and I’m unable to retrieve it
