I love this app. It’s clean, gets straight down to business and get you the best exchange rates you are gonna get. There’s a few tiny things that I believe could improve this app. I understand why it is, but I don’t really think that two of the four tabs should be rewards/referrals and premium. It makes the app look a bit clunky and less clean. There should be a transaction/exchange history page where you can see where you bought a certain coin. A lot of people moan about the fees for transactions. And while 1% fee for every exchange is quite high, I think what you get in return is amazing. I also think adding an alert system for when certain currencies are above/below certain prices would be really helpful and add just that bit extra to the app. ATM, I use Yahoo Finance for my alerts, but honestly just wish I could do everything from within SwissBorg. These were just a few things off the top of my head, but I really do believe adding them would make the app that much better. Thank you.

After two years of being a dedicated swissborg premium customer and putting my trust and savings with swissborg, i was rudely informed that my account will no longer be supported, my withdraw crypto feature has been turned off fir over a month and i am being pressured to converting my crypto to cash and withdrawing to a bank. Swissborg is a custodian exchange and can under no circumstances be behaving like “Owners of its customers funds or virtual assets” i wonder if there is a FTX like liquidity crisis going on here, i did not enter crypto to make a quick buck or cash out, and will not do so at any custodians dictate as it is immoral, illegal and unethical for them to do so. It is really sad how “exchanges” are treating its loyal clients, and all under the watch of the European regulatory bodies who if not take notice of this will sadly have to wake up to an ftx like disaster soon. A quick update “ my account was respectfully settled on the 22nd of December after keeping it blocked for a month, in the end by Swissborg and i was given access to withdraw my crypto” despite having my reservations about some of Swissborg’s actions i still feel that the app is the easiest to use and one of the best crypto apps in the market, i wish Swissborg and its management and team best of luck and advise them to “take better care of their loyal clients” as companies that do not value its loyal clients do not go far. Changing my rating from one to three stars.

Deposits are unsafe as your saved addresses maybe changed by them with little or no notice at all. They do the bare minimum to cover their backs. You will have little to no help and it doesn’t matter whether you are a new, restricted, or advanced investor. I can see my money in their wallet and yet they tell me it’s no longer supported. Other exchanges are happy to recover money in these circumstances for a small fee but not these guys. My bitcoin is not lost and they have the ability to recover it if they want to. They just choose not to. I am heart broken as the amount is significant. But will keep an eye on it and seek help elsewhere if possible. I just won’t let it be.You guys forget that you are onboarding new people, with little or no knowledge about crypto. It is this irresponsibility and indifference on your part that has forced governments in the UK and other places to make you publish warnings on your platforms and to classify users. You do the bare minimum without regard for the destruction happening to people using your exchange because of these losses.

I had been using Coinbase for years for buying Bitcoin and other currencies when I found out about SwissBorg through a Youtuber called That Martini Guy. This is the best place to use as your fiat gateway into crypto currencies! It is so easy to use and so cheap compared to Coinbase that once used I have never used Coinbase even once since. The fees stated are the lowest anywhere and there are no hidden fees unlike others where they charge a fee plus they skim off some of the currency your exchanging too. I really cannot say just how impressed I am with this app. It is easy to use, cheap, fast, have excellent customer service and most importantly are honest with their customers.
