After a couple of successful orders today I had the worst experience I ever had with food delivery anywhere:1. Currier stopped 15 min away and was stuck there for 15 minutes while …2. I was calling him on the number your app was giving me. No answer.3. Your support called, but could not hear me, so they hanged up.4. Your support texted me that the road is closed and suggested that I should hike to the currier 15 min to pick my order up or change the delivery address.5. Currier finally called not from the number app has on record and told me that the road is closed and I should come to him. When I suggested he comes to me he refused because it is “uphill” and hanged up on me.6. Your app notified me that the order is delivered (it was not)7. Your support has asked me to confirm if my order was delivered and I explained that it was not8. As a remedy your support person proposed to make the value of my order as a credit to spend on my next order … What next order? You just wasted 2 hours of my time, forced me to endure multiple hangups and left me hungry. Thankfully, there are Uber Eats, Glovo and others. Adios!

Was in malta for a holiday and ordered some food, food came opened and was also the wrong food. I placed a refund and they had asked me to confirm that I wanted a refund into my bolt balance. I did not want bolt balance as bolt food dosent work in my country and it was my last day in the country so I wanted my actual money back. I had told them I wanted the refund processed to my bank account but they advised me that it’s already been refunded into the balance, I asked how can this be as I didn’t send (y) as confirmation when asked. They processed this when I did not give them authorisation to do this. When asked for it be moved I was ignored, when asked to make a complaint I was ignored. The customer service agent stopped replying and now there is an error every time I click support. This is disgraceful customer service. Bolt food clearly hiring people who aren’t able to complete their job. Refusing the refund is one thing but to completely ignore the customer is clear sign of an unprofessional individual as it’s not like the chat was closed. There is no way to get my money back but being treated like this is clear sign of if you need help with your food for whatever reason, you will be met by a foolish person.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. 30 minutes after I ordered I received a call saying that they no longer had the side dish left that I ordered and that they would have to replace it with something else, after waiting an HOUR I then received a message saying they couldn’t find a courier and I had to pick up the food myself from the store. Why am I using a food delivery app and paying a delivery fee if I have to go and pick up my food? I also complained to bolt yet I have not had any response. I am really disappointed with the store and bolt for this unfair mess of an order. I want my money back..

I think you guys should fix the problem we’re when you want to delete your account your cards can just disappear after that when u just want to log in again you can put your cards back on and like that when you log in you guys don’t keep the information I say you delete the cards straight away when a person logs out off there account over all it’s ok but I keep missing stuff like today I ordered Kfc and I was missing my mayonnaise they just give you the wrong items sometimes like they give you the wrong drink or the wrong sauce you guys need to fix that and you guys need to fix the time like it says the courier is gonna arrive at like 20:30 well it never arrives that time it could be late and your food gets cold after a hour that’s all I had to say thank you pls reply From Jennifer
