I purchased an, iPhone 12 Pro gold 256gb from Back Market on 30th of October and received it on the 1st of November. I would like to return the item as it didn’t match the item description. When I went to the Back Market app to try to find out my purchase history on “my order” option. Strangely it shows, I haven’t purchased anything on Back Market and I can’t find my order details so can’t select the item on Order section and use the return option. If anyone from the relevant department sees this review then please could you provide me the return information or address to return the item. It’s very frustrating that I can’t find my purchase history on my Back Mark account and it’s become a hassle to return the item. So I only had my original refurbished phone for 6 weeks before I had to return it as the screen went dead. The replace came on Monday, all seemed good and quick, but 3 days later and it loses network connection. Have spent 6 hours going through various channels with service providers only to be told my phone is dud. I gave up sending the second faulty phone back as I am heading away for business next week and cannot afford a late delivery. So, at a loss of £160, I went to apple and bought new. I really have had no other choice but to trade in and purchase a phone that will work and be reliable and not a phone from some random ‘professional’ who is an agency worker through the backmarket middleman. If only I could’ve talked to someone and explained the situation. I would’ve been impressed, stayed and continued to use the service. If the owners had done this service properly then it would have been a really great idea but they clearly don’t care about the quality of tech they are allowing to be sent out and really don’t seem to understand that we are bound to technology in most our lives. If owners like these care more for profit then they won’t pay staff that customers can communicate issues through. Based on my experience I will always recommend friends to go elsewhere for refurbished tech. Sadly, for me, this was not a great experience and not a great service. This is a fraud. They violate customer’s rights. I was purchasing an iPad from formal apple website but then I found somehow I bought from this website and when I got my delivery, after I opened the package, I found the screen of the iPad was damage and twisted, I was very disappointed, so I had to followed the instructions and sent them the pictures of the damaged item, and I returned the item back. Then I asked for a refund. I bought a pen at the same time, and I told them I don’t need the refund of the pen, I only asked for refund of the iPad as it’s damage. As they received the item, they said they can’t give me refund because I don’t have the pictures of the items inside the package. ?? That’s nonsense. It arrived damaged. I told them I didn’t realise it was broken until i took it out of the packaging, and I have provided photos of the damaged item taken on the day it arrived. I shouldn’t have to photograph the unboxing of the product. It’s ridiculous. AND, why would I waste my time and money to broke the item and sent it back?? I have rights under the law. They provided a broken product, it’s not my fault. Imagine you received a broken item, not functioning, and you sent it back and the seller received, and they refused to get you refund. It’s expensive. Most ridiculous experiences I have ever had in this country! Unbelievable disappointing! If I don’t have my refund back I’ll have to sue this ridiculously irresponsible company.

I spent a lot of money on this refurbished iPhone, expecting it to work properly. But what I got was a completely broken phone where every part doesn't work. I'm sharing this to warn others so they don't waste their money and end up as frustrated as I am. The camera is blurry at all zoom levels, and it doesn't focus properly. It's also dark, and only the wide-angle lens works somewhat. The speakers turn off randomly while watching videos. The phone's body is full of scratches, which I didn't expect. It is very slow, keeps freezing and pausing. Many apps turn off by themselves, crash, or don't work at all. Bluetooth often won't connect and works poorly. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Mobile data is unreliable, often won't connect, and drains the data plan quickly for no clear reason. Notifications pop up randomly or sometimes don't show up at all. The alarm hardly ever rings, and sometimes sets alarms I didn't create. The phone gets hot easily during normal use and has serious charging problems. The battery drains really fast, losing several percent of charge each second, so I have to keep it plugged in all the time. Downloading apps or files can take hours or even a full day due to the connection and speed problems. These was only a few of the issues regarding this phone there is plenty more but to save time I will not continue. This is not really a working phone. It’s just a collection of broken parts in a case. It can't be trusted to do even simple tasks. Save your money and avoid buying from this seller.
