Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Best app without subscription
After the support for the best app for strength - Big Lifts 2 died off I struggled it find another app that performed as well.
This app allows for everything although I haven’t figured out how to change the rest periods yet but I’m sure it’s just a matter of fiddling with the settings.
#1 App for strength training 💪
This app is perfect for tracking my weight training. It has all the right features and none of the clutter. Great to see my training volume per set AND per workout. Being able to adjust weights and reps with the slider is super cool too. Only just started using this app but it’s pretty awesome so far.

Its incredible this is the first app to actually get it right. A simple, nice looking design that helps you create and track everything without any difficulty.
