How our subscriptions work:
- Trial: A year-long subscription comes with a 14-day free trial. Monthly subscriptions have a 7-day free trial. Both can be canceled within 24 hours of ending without being charged
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after you confirm the purchase
- Auto-renewal is turned on by default. You can turn it off anytime before 24 hours of your current subscription period ending. Within 24 hours of your current subscription period ending, you will be charged for the same duration as the current subscription
- You can manage your subscriptions or turn off auto-renewal via the Account Settings after purchase
- During your active subscription period, you can’t cancel your subscription
- Any unused time left in your free trial will be forfeited when you purchase the full subscription

I had really needed a VPN since I didn’t have one and I just tried this one out since I clicked on a dodgy site by accident once and luckily safari warned me but it said if I don’t get off within one minute I will be hacked. Luckily I did and cleared it from history. I downloaded this app and it sensed the threat from the web browser. I downloaded the VPN and I have never had a problem with viruses or dodgy sites ever again. I recommend this to anyone. Even if you don’t want to buy the full package with the subscription, the free VPN they offer works amazingly! Even if you have never had a problem with online viruses or been hacked, it’s always better to keep it safe I think. This is a good app to have on your phone. Enjoy! Thanks to the makers! It’s great!
Waste of money?

I would give you no stars if there was an option to do so. Your support is slow and ineffective - in a word it’s rubbish. I have subscribed to your top of the range package until 2025 for up to 10 computers etc but I can only access the package for my Mac Mini - and that only after much difficulty. I cannot sign on to my iPad because my subscription is not recognised, even when I key in my subscription number. I have not even attempted to sign up my mobile iPhones yet. I telephoned for help and was told it is not available except by email for iPads and mobiles. An email advised me to do what I had already tried to do many times without success so I am not getting any useful support, just wasting my money. How do I get useful advice from you - all your support team appears to be in India and they do not seem to have a clue what to do. Email advice is rubbish because it is not a dialogue and when I know the advice does not work and want to discuss it, I am left high and dry. You are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer support and I am considering reporting you to Which?, the UK’s influential consumer magazine. I have spent many hundreds of pounds and got little in return. Are you con artists? I need someone to talk me through my problems or just give me my money back. John Fox-Clinch

I am being inundated with hundreds of AVG emails a day saying my subscription has expired and I have numerous viruses on my system!!! As far as I am aware I have a newly renewed subscription but can’t get any info from AVG customer service. They said I would be contacted by the IOs Apple specialist days ago but I have heard nothing. It is unbelievable how difficult it is to contact AVG CS the. You get no sense. I told yhem I wanted to cancel my subs renewal and again havd had no contact. They are a big scam. How am I supposed to know if I am properly covered when they will not contact me ??? AVG are rubbish but can’t find another one are they all anti virus or are they just browsing programs ??? How do you know???

I got this because I was having problems with a previous mobile VPN. It appears this works on apps and Safari without any problems and it looks like it does actually hide my IP. I am using this with Apple’s iCloud subscription in order to use their Hide My Email which also could potentially work very well together as that is another problem in itself. I don’t actually know if it does slow my internet down but I would rather be safe than sorry so it is not a problem. I also don’t get refused on many websites like I did with the last one. If I do get refused I simply stay away.
