Original lifetime mccpilot enterprise user here. Remember back in 2012 was experiencing teething problems in setting up and then getting used to, and using the software. Help desk were fantastic. Always resolved my problems, issues. Excellent support.Updates over the years obviously improved the product and then mainly updates it felt were to keep upto date with airline software technology.Horrified when new crewlounge pilotlog product came out. Resisted paying to transfer my lifetime licence. Spent a long time reviewing the competition which led me to decide to pay to grandfather my lifetime licence. Glad to say very happy with new product. Took a while to set up as to how I want it to work for me. I like the way the ipad with mobile app is used to interface with aims. Help desk were ace in helping me transfer and incorporate data across. Keep up the good work and thanks for a nice electronic logbook 👍. Would recommend.

So been with them since 2018, they’ve been through ups and downs but truly are always trying there best to keep up with the times. The logbook itself is absolutely brilliant and due to privacy laws they’ve had to adapt import roster features with many airline interfaces. It yet still is one of the best logbooks ive come across, decent pricing and there constantly improving and they care about you. Reply is slow to emails but they do reply within 2 working days

Back in 2018 I purchased a lifetime licence for MCC pilot log with documented promises of a forthcoming update on their App Store review responses. This update never surfaced, instead arriving as a re-packaged app that required a subscription or a 2nd lifetime licence purchase - Crew lounge pilot log. When pointing out the obvious stupidity in a complaint I was advised that the original MCC licence WAS still a lifetime licence and could continue to be used. Apparently not though as the app is no longer available in my region (UK). Against my better judgement I made a further payment for a lifetime license and all was well until the company have again reneged on the features advertised having now pulled support for roster download.Save yourself the hassle of having to transfer your logbook at a later date and look elsewhere. I wish I had. I’ll be keeping regular local backups as I’ve no doubt the developer will continue to disappoint.

Dear Pilot, We acknowledge your disappointment regarding the recent updates to the app's functionalities. As the scope of this fix is so large, we do not have an immediate solution at this time. We also join you in wishing that the automatic imports had kept working. Unfortunately, due to software constraints, this was not an option. Rest assured that we are actively exploring various avenues to enhance our services.
An improvement but fix roster/historical import!

There has been constant problems for the launch earlier this year and it's taken until now to be seems like what should have been released the first time. An actual 64bit app for the desktop and this app which doesn't crash anymore on launching or selecting various tabs. The desktop app now doesn't allow the import of my airline roster so have to use the new app which in theory is great because I won't have to rely on grabbing my laptop out, booting it up and syncing with that everytime I get a new Roster. However, the app airline roster import doesn't work in bringing the flights into the app, you can start the download and it finds my roster find and manages to figure out all the flights and duties I have but it then doesn't transfer them to the actual logbook as future flights...making it useless. The most frustrating part is the 'historical roster download'. We get changed to our roster or a standby changes to a duty or after I've finished a day of flying and submitted the journey log it should be able to update the flights with the actual times but it just doesn't do this. You download the historical data and it clearly can see the changes and data but once again doesn't import it to the logbook making it once again useless at what should be one of the more important basic features. Please sort this asap!Another thing with iOS 13 dark mode, you have fixed the issue where everything was unreadable because I don't think you actually created a dark mode and just let it do its own adjustment, so now it just appears as the normal white theme if you have dark mode enabled. Would be nice to have a dedicated dark mode theme but this isn't a priority now that it is useable again!
