app itself is great, very easy to use and good quality video, but i’ve temporarily facetimed my ipad as a baby monitor and actually it’s amazing to have the video on the screen of my phone while i’m on other apps, so would love to see this on the arenti as well. obviously you get motion alerts but in my case sometimes my baby hasn’t moved and I hear her crying in the house if i’m not on the app and haven’t received a motion alert. thanks!

I don’t know if the cameras are faulty but I get no Wi Fi signal when I unplug them from the mains. I charged them up for 12 hours the day before when I first used them. There is nothing to indicate when they are fully charged, no LED, I had to ask online how long I should charge them up for because the instructions are very limited. Not good. Everything goes off as soon as I disconnect from the mains. I logged in the next day and they were off line. When I plugged them in they took a few minutes to load up and come back online. This is not good as I have no instant access to the feed and I need that should an urgent situation arise. It also means I can’t place the cameras where I need them unless it’s near a plug! The pictures are nice and clear when they are on hence the one star, but for convenience and ease of use no thanks I will be returning them ASAP.

I receive message alerts that someone is in the room and I have places SD card in the camera and when entering the app it doesn’t show any footage or picture of the event. In the particular case I was called that there will be a person and I know that the camera has registered it because a pop up notification shows on my phone but when I open the app and go on alert messages it just shows a red light that something happened but when you press it nothing is inside the history. Totally disappointed because I bought two cameras for that purpose while I am outside of the country and now practically I don’t have no security and cant possibly know what happens in my home and if I am robbed or not . Thanks for letting me down Arenti! I wont reccomend you to no one

I actually bought this camera because I bought a pet tortoise and I want to be able to check on her when I’m at work for example to make sure she hasn’t flipped onto her back and can’t get up. This camera allows me to watch her at all times just by checking my phone so I never have to worry about how she’s doing when I’m not home because I can just check on the app that the camera is connected to, and it’s extremely affordable. 10/10 would recommend this for any purpose.
