First of all I think TeraBox is a great idea and it’s very cool that it gives you 1TB for free. Gold center and welfare center are also cool since you can get gold and spend it on storage or premium.Premium is nice since it has fast uploading speeds and it is easy to get from good coins and by just watching ads daily.Some tasks are kind of hard and difficult but some are easyIt is also nice that you can access your files from any device like a computer if it is associated with the account you use on your mobile. And I think it’s pretty nice that it gives you storage if you have it on your pc.File assortment is also nice and has good designs but here are some improvements I suggest on making:Include different forms for images and have big pictures on the images so you can identify what it is.Also video playback definitely needs to improve for large files. The video is coming screen at the start is annoying and your video will be trimmed if it is too large and you do not watch all of it. The quality will also be 480p sometimes to smoothen video but the video will still load.Other than that this cloud storage software is great and I hope more improvements will come in the future!

Some data may be compromised, they show to be doing everything “how it is supposed to” but, this is made from the republic of china, a place where privacy laws can have varieties here we don’t have, which can put sensitive data in danger; this just doesn’t feel legal; that much space, free? nop, before installing, I take a look to privacy policy, but some part of me didn’t believed completely, too easy, so many ads, that can track your data, even tho you ask them not to track that, i recommend to make your own research on the web about this app, if you really care about your sensitive personal information, that other people pay for to not only ads but who knows what. Some others things, this phone app, is super saturated, with ads(I understand thats why you have the premium option), games for earning coins for limited time extra storage or cash, i mean… it really feels like a virus, a really serious app that make sure to have some privacy policy, at least make it more transparent.Why can i use the app if i don’t want to update it? if i am struggling with my phone space, and install this, i will clearly care about the automatic updates if the app works in my phone i don’t need to update it and gain extra space. Using the internet with responsibility, knowing what you install and how this is going to management your data, and work efficiently for what you need the app in first place, would also like to delete my account, why is it impossible? and can I only sing out?

Recently, I encountered an issue that has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite my consistent usage of TeraBox since joining the Test Pilot program, I suddenly found myself removed from the list of participants, with a notification stating that I was removed by the developer. This action has left me perplexed as I have always been enthusiastic about providing feedback and helping improve the service. as I will say, it’s so much better when it’s on test pilot run on normallyIn addition to this unexpected removal, I have also experienced problems with the assistant feature, which seems to be malfunctioning. I attempted to resolve this by upgrading to the lifetime package, but unfortunately, I encountered difficulties with the payment process. I reached out to your support team via email regarding this matter but regrettably did not receive any response.Given the accumulation of these issues, I find myself reluctantly considering an alternative cloud storage solution. I have a drive and I never have to do anything with it. Nor pay. As it was a one-time life membership.

I don’t have an issue with ads because at the end of the day companies have to make money. However there are slight grammar problems within the app that should be fixed (English version at least) to make things a bit more clear, because I’m not going to do things that may at the slightest make me lose data. Also I was watching an ad at one point because it interested me and the app said my login expired so I had login again, not being able to watch the ad. Other than that I have not ran into any major problems this is a great app. I started to upload images and although I haven’t deleted anything from my photos my storage space in my settings have cleared up a bit. Great app, great concept.
