I don’t want the Mega overlay icons on the folders on my PC that I sync to Mega. I use customised icons for the folders on my PC and I have the Overlay Icons option switched off but every time I do a sync the folder icons are replaced with the Mega overlay folder icon. This is a relatively new problem and it didn’t used to happen so it is obviously and issue with some past updates. I have a lot of synced folders with customised icons on my PC and it takes a very long time to change them all back to the customised icon after Mega has made them all the same using the Mega overlay folder icon. This has been going on for ages now. Please fix it by going back to the version when it worked or issue a new update that will solve the problem. I am reluctant to sync my files as I know it will take me half-an-hour afterwards to re-customise my folder icons. I want to use Mega regularly so please sort out this problem as a matter of urgency and I can use Mega as often as I want.

So when I first downloaded this app it was perfect. The folders displayed perfectly on the app on the phone and they perfectly emulated the folder up on my computer. However that's no longer longer the case. Now when you upload stuff to Mega you is gone. It doesn't show up on the desktop version the app is so confusing now you can't see your in easy format as you could perform now it's just really confusing something know where it it's gone there seems to be two of everything areas and you can't work out where anything is anymore and then when you go on the desktop app you have to somehow work out a way to extract it to download it to the folder which previously you could easily upload to anyway without all of the confusion. Now even if you try to upload it to the folder nothing changes sure it is uploaded to Mega but God knows where it is. This is a classic case of if it's not broken don't try to fix it. I don't know what they've done to the app but they have managed to make it extremely confusing to use which is such a shame because it was actually perfect before. Why have you bothered complicating it? Why? It's now gone from my favourite app for Storage to the worst app for storage. Please just change it back, or at least have an option where you can just see the folder on the iPhone that you can see on the desktop with all of the stuff in it. Simplicity is key. Why have you made it complicated? I don't get it.

Recently, I have tried to send a message to a friend but it’s stuck loading and they have not yet received the message. I was thinking it was because of my internet, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I can’t voice call or FaceTime them either, and we don’t know what seems to be the problem. Not only MEGA won’t deliver my messages, but my friend has not been able to load the app. I’m very lost, I have tried to delete the app but when I finally loaded back in, the only thing I get when I try to message them is:“MEGA protects your chat with end-to-end (user controlled) encryption providing essential safety assurances:Confidentially. Only the author and intended recipients are able to decipher and read the content.Authenticity. The system ensures that the data received is from the sender displayed, and its content has not been manipulate…” I’m very confused, and i have tried to delete it and reinstall the app once again, but nothing has changed. I will post an app review as well as send an email, but hopefully you will be able to reply to me soon. Please try and fix this issue and reply to me as soon as possible.

I use this app a lot because I normally import scene packs to edit, the first time I did so it was really good and was absolutely fine, but recently when I try to play the video it will play for about 3-4 seconds and then pause and I’ll have to wait about a minute for it to carry on, for it to repeat this the whole way through. I’ve tried deleting other videos and re-downloading the app, but it keeps doing the exact same thing. I then thought it might be my internet for it to be stop and starting all the time, so I went right next to my internet box downstairs and I had full bars. And it did absolutely nothing and it is still doing the same thing. I have updated it recently and it says it doesn’t need any more updates so I don’t know what I should do. Other than that it’s a good app that I would probably use more if the videos actually played properly and I could actually watch stuff on us
