pCloud offers in-app purchases, which include subscriptions to 500 GB (Premium), 2 TB storage (Premium Plus) and client-side encryption (pCloud Encryption). Subscriptions purchased in-app renew monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same product. To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Lifetime plans have a duration of 99 years or the lifetime of the account holder, whichever is shorter.

My everyday go-to Cloud!
I've doubted pCloud for a really long time. However since I've moved to their Premium Plus Lifetime Plan I absolutely love everything about it! It is very easy to share files with friends and family, I host video files that I watch (stream) when I travel too, and I can keep them offline if I'm running out of mobile data. Music player is a nice feature that could still be be taken a little further... But I absolutely love how it all work with my MacOS and iOS devices! I truly recommend it to everyone concerned it's not going to work or will be worse than Google or Dropbox - in my opinion it's actually even better! Absolutely love it!
LOVE IT. Needs an equaliser for the audio player.
On 12th Feb you offered me 2x lifetime subscriptions for the price of one. What am I supposed to do with that ? Come back reincarnated and take the other one ? That’s stupid. You could have just offered me half price on the yearly plan. That would have been much more useful !!. Cheaper than “Box” and you get 5 times as much storage for £10 a year less. A no brainer. The only thing I didn’t like is that I paid £2.99 for a JetAudio plugin (so I can play music stored in PCloud on my JetAudio player) and it won’t connect to PCloud. It may be JetAudio’s fault I just don’t know. Another thing, the in-built music player could do with an equaliser so we can tweak the sound. It’s already the best in-built cloud music player, and it could be better with an equaliser. It would be lovely to have the option to purchase maybe 250GB because I don’t need 500GB.
Music player not fixed
Another update - and still the integrated music player isn’t recognising most of my music. As part of the update it said ‘let us know what you think’ - I think you are not listening! The problem with the lifetime plan is that they already have your money and so there is little incentive to provide customer service.
I like pCloud and generally the app works fine. I raised an issue with the music player a couple of months back - when I select the music tab from the home screen not all of my music files are shown - just a small and random selection. I was told it was a known bug that would be sorted out in next update. Well here is the next update and still it’s the same - a bit disappointing really and makes me feel that the customer service element of pCloud doesn’t really work. This worries me as I have paid for the lifetime plan and so will be using pCloud for the next 99 years!
