Hello!

I did notice issues while using the app : -It is not possible to sync gallery, but we must instead upload files manually. -The files are not stored locally but we must download it each time we want to open/read it. -The app is working a bit slowly, maybe because it is mostly web-based not working on-device (cause it doesn’t work when it is offline) -I get logged out everytime I close the app (perhaps for the same reason as above) -I can’t upload files when I leave the app in background. Below are suggestions for improvements and features : -support for background refresh. -support for multiple selection of the files instead of moving files one by one. -hopefully in the future, support for more on-device functionnalities. -possibility to sync my pictures, so I’d only download those of my friends or those of mine that are not on my device. Oh and -support for dark mode :)

I don’t use Cloud services that much because I don’t have a lot of pictures to upload on a cloud. This service might not be a first-choice for other users though.

Do know, dear Internxt team, that I think this service looks promising in the future. It is a great idea, but I hope one day it will also be a great product.

Nice app for iOS, pleasant visually. It’s improving slowly. Needs some extra features like a decent search function. Currently only searches current folder not my whole “drive” which is annoying when looking for things by file name. Would like to see a “favourites” option for quick access alongside “recents.”

Photo backup option seems slow even on high speed WiFi regardless of whether it’s high quality photos or a small kb size meme; also unlike other apps it doesn’t seem to backup automatically in the background so I have to ensure app is open so I can’t fully replace iCloud Photos yet. Appreciate these last two issues may be related to the security/encryption over competitors like the Big G.

Keep up the good work. With improvements I plan to switch all my cloud storage to this one provider. Pricing is nice too, thanks for being cheaper than Tresorit as we are not all business customers but users who prefer better security or privacy.

To be honest, I don’t have much use for pure cloud storage, but the future Internxt Photos looks promising. So I thought I’d give this a try.

In some ways it’s refreshingly simple, but a little too simple. Uploading from phone often throws errors about blobs which isn’t helpful and makes me question the reliability.

One to keep an eye on, but for now there’s not much to recommend this.
