Xercise4Less Gyms 17+

Really inconvenient

So you’re telling me, if my phone turns off, I have no data, or I don’t have my phone I can’t enter a gym I’m paying £15 a month for? Surely there’s a better solution. Maybe personal codes that you can only use once per day? That would be a much better solution.

App not working

Hi, I have recently downloaded the new app for Xercise4Less but it’s not allowing me to book any classes or even see what classes are on. The old app has been deleted so I can’t use that one anymore! Very frustrating. I can see that you have replied to other reviews saying that due to classes not been full at the moment we should check the time table and then just turn up, I guess you have not attended some of the classes at the Bristol Gym where the classes are full. With the booking system you can see how many people are attending and at least know you have a spot. I really can’t believe that as an experienced gym operator you think that the booking system is not a good idea! If you did been any advice I guess a quick read of the reviews should tell you that the booking system needs to be re-introduced.

Hi Steve, thanks for your feedback. We have removed bookings for the time being as the classes are not near capacity and there isn't currently any need to book. The class timetable is available on your club page online.

What on earth is this latest update?

Dunno what planet your so called ‘app’ experts are on, today we receive the latest ‘update’ to ‘ tidy up some bugs and improving performance’.

Absolute no difference has been made with this ‘update’

Since you lot took over X4L you’re no more than a shambles!

You told one of your members in Bristol that class bookings via the app are not needed DESPITE him informing you the opposite!!

ARROGANCE !!!!!

WHY do we not have the CLUB HUB?
WHY was it removed?
Surprisingly for you lot, the CLUB HUB WAS / IS a MASSIVE big deal for members (do you remember them)?
It allows us to not only communicate but also to pass ideas /suggestions AND to say THANK YOU to Club management and MORE importantly to the PT’s / Instructors who have and still are doing a FABULOUS job in keeping us fit and well during these truly awful times we are living in.

I assume you pay for ‘experts’ to set up your app??

You’re getting ripped off!!

Get your act together then maybe we, the members ( who keep you in employment) may then be able to use the app as it was in a previous life..

Listen to your members!!!!
