Redesigned screens — Support, FAQ, Application List, and application submission screens have all been updated with a modern, consistent design. Smarter onboarding — If you don't have a card yet, the app now guides you straight into applying or picks up where you left off on a draft. Better error handling — Clearer error messages with reference numbers and a tap-to-call option so our helpdesk can resolve issues faster. Plus, improved offline detection so you know when you've lost connection. App update prompts — You'll now be prompted to update when a newer version is required, so you always have the latest features and security improvements. Bug fixes and performance improvements — Resolved date formatting issues, validation message display, and various other fixes across iOS and Android.

We are excited to introduce two major updates to enhance your experience with the MyCSCS app: New Home Page: Discover key information and dynamic action tiles that engage you to interact with the app. Action Prompts: Perform actions such as renewals, resume applications, complete profiles, and retake HS&E tests with ease. Improved Navigation: Redesigned navigation with new a look and feel to help you get around the app better.

You can now renew your Labourer cards directly in the MyCSCS app.

We've added new application requirements for the upcoming Labourer and Trainee card changes. Stay compliant and up to date with the latest update.

We’re introducing PIN Unlock: Set a new PIN for secure and effortless access to MyCSCS. Update the app, set your PIN when prompted, and use it the next time you log in.

We are making logging in simpler!Login with your CSCS Card: Log in effortlessly by tapping your CSCS Card and completing verification through your registered email or mobile number. Password-less Login: We are removing passwords! Use your email address or mobile number associated with your account to login.

We have revamped payments in the MyCSCS App. While the layout has been updated, the functionality remains unchanged — you can continue to use the same payment methods VISA and Mastercard, with the same seamless and secure experience as before.
