I’ve been using the Train Fitness app for a while now, and while it had a lot of potential early on, it’s been progressively getting worse. The UI changes in recent updates have made the app harder to navigate – it feels clunky and unintuitive. Workout tracking has also become noticeably inaccurate, which defeats the whole point of using a fitness tracker. On top of that, there are constant bugs that seriously disrupt the experience. Sometimes workouts don’t save properly, and it often won’t let me delete sets or remove exercises. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to focus on training and end up spending more time fixing app issues than working out. This app used to be a solid tool, but unless they fix these problems, I can’t recommend it anymore.
Thanks for your honest feedback. We understand the change in the UI may not be as optimal as we hoped, we're working on a version to be released in the next week that will bring back much of the old UI, while still keeping the best of the new. The auto-detection should not have changed since the new update, but if you see a decrease in accuracy on this or notice bugs, please do report them by shaking your phone, and we'd be happy to address them. Most of the previous bugs have been solved in version 4.1.0 and beyond, so if you're still seeing issues, we'd appreciate the chance to dig deeper. Feel free to reach us at hello@trainfitness.ai — we’re always listening and improving.
