This is an excellent site to go through before considering going to teach EFL. However, I have done my TEFL two years ago at TEFL Academy in UK. Right now, I am in South Sudan teaching general English for special purposes. The demand is so huge though the security situation is considerably bad, still one can make money. I strongly recommend Alison to refresh your mind before going to the classroom.

No communication

I am apologise to say that but I take three certificate in this app after I pay one it was still in the basket when I receive the second certificate and I try to pay they put me the same certificate. I try to speak with the customer service and they are not communicate at all they promise they’re gonna refund me. I don’t receive any refund. I just received two certificate same I paid the other one and then I complete other course but I know trust anymore in this because it wasn’t my fault. I tried to contact immediately in a second and they answer me after two days to tell me I’m sorry we sent an already. So be careful and I wish nobody gonna be in trouble like me. and they gonna improve their services.

Not for dog training

I was extremely disappointed when I started listening to the dog training lessons as it’s outdated and still using old fashioned techniques like jerking on the lead. On the course of how to fix aggression, the videos are really old and has no positive training at all. It’s a Barbara Woodhouse training. There was no communication or praise for the dog, and the dog was constantly jerked on the lead as walked. Then a dog was forced his bum being sniffed while a stranger was holding him still. Poor dog’s body language was showing how scared and uncomfortable he was, but the trainer was approving that that is the way to do. Please remove Sharon’s Bolt courses from your app so people don’t start hurting their dogs in training again.

Can’t actually get to content because of ads!

What is going on with this app??! I can’t actually even open up a course because of all the ads. I sat through the first (really long!) one because I figured I’d get my course after it ended. Then another started, then another. No way to close them, go to content or anything. Eventually they stopped showing new ads and it was just stuck on the final advert with a link to the store but nothing else. Eventually I closed and reopened the app, to try again, but when I opened the course it just took me back to more ads. Very disappointing.
