Have used Alpha Cars before with no issue. Booked a taxi to goto dinner 4 hours before the pickup time and it was accepted. An hour before Alpha cancelled the booking and only by luck I picked up the email. When I rang them they said it was outside their area despite their website stating East Grinstead. Why could they not be honest and at the least ring me to let me know they wouldn’t honour the booking.

The app is rubbish tells you a certain time then when you call the cab office they will extend the time you have already been given better off booking by phone call the timing on the app is not accurate poor service from the office to when I explained my situation they didn’t not help just cut the phone everytime I called
