Decent game but big bug occurring.

So far I’m really enjoying the game, but I keep experiencing a bad bug.The game will frequently freeze the characters and earning any money stops, I can still scroll the level and browse the menus, even buy more leads, but the characters just stop earning money, whether automated or not. This isn’t great as I have to close and re-open quite often, sometimes even within a few minutes of the last glitch.On a gameplay basis, I do wish it was easier to earn cards as a lot of upgrades are needed in later levels but the cards aren’t very plentiful and usually the ones I need are not earned or on sale. And when you have over 12/13 characters, 26 decor items and 10 desks, all of which need many cards, it can be a nightmare of waiting for the 4 hourly coffee pot and few cards that come with it, especially when all 3 active goals are dependent on very similar qualities (automate this character, upgrade some cards, and spend coffee, all of which can link up but not when you don’t have the cards)Still, I know it’s new and hopefully there’s a chance of some quality of life upgrades and more bug fixes.Thanks guys

Good game, some bugs

The game relatively straightforward & easy to understand. A good trip down memory lane for The Office (US) fans - however, there are still a few issues.Don’t delete the app to ‘fix’ an issue - I paid for a bundle and when the game stopped working, I tried deleting and reinstalling, to only then realise my game had reset and I was back on the tutorial level without the bundle I had purchased. I emailed the developers and they compensated me for my losses.Further into the game, I purchased another bundle for a coffee-boost, went through and all was okay - I went to the side game & played about, when I returned to the main game - I had lost all the coffee I had purchased and it was offering me the same bundle I already bought (That I wasn’t going to buy again). I’ve submitted a ticket and hoping to hear back soon.Overall, the game is good but there are still a few bugs for them work out, submitting a ticket to the developers explaining what’s happens and what you did just before then is the best way to get the big fixed. They can’t fix something they don’t know is broken.

Good game, some bugs

I really want to enjoy this game, but it’s so frustratingly buggy! This game feels like it was released because it had to be, not because it was finished. Despite multiple patches being released it is still almost unplayable for me at times, with events in particular frequently not loading up properly. I have quit and reopened the game multiple times in an effort to combat this but oftentimes I just have to wait and try again later (not necessarily successfully). The latest update has now caused me to be unable to open it at all, it says it is downloading new assets, appears to fully load but then closes the app.Once fully patched however this should be a fun game without demanding too much of your time, with lots of fun animated cutscenes from the show. I hope that will happen soon.As an aside, I would suggest devs consider adding a ‘do you need a tutorial?’ pop up before launching straight into the event tutorials. The events are so frequent that by now it is just incredibly irritating to have to tap through multiple steps when I know how the events work having already done several.

I’ve played this game for a long time now and really do enjoy it. There is one thing, however, that massively lets it down as it causes an infuriating disadvantage.Sometimes when you exit the game screen (whether that be by forcing closure or just leaving it open in the background), it doesn’t save progress. This means that the whole time you have had it running in the background, it could have been without the most recent progress. This means I am losing out on any coins I spend as the progress isn’t always synching. I’ve been told to record it but that doesn’t really help as I’m not going to record all the times I close and reopen a game as when I’m at work I’m sometimes leaving the game for hours at a time.Please fix this glitch as the most recent one has affected me again. I had left the game with Dwight on 200 leads (Xmas one) and when I came back on hours later he was on 199 leads! So was earning a lot less for the whole time I was gone.
