I’ve been using CT for 3 years now after coming across their stand in a well known department store. I was looking for serum as I was about to run out, and the one I was using was, well not doing what it said on the bottle!! The MUA I spoke with in that day was lovely , talked with me about having a free virtual skincare session- which I took up, and gradually I replaced most of my skincare and make-up as it ran out with CT products as my skin texture and feeling improved. My friends are convinced I’ve had work done on my face like fillers or Botox but I haven’t, it’s just taking precautions in the sun, good hydration and Charlotte Tilbury products. If I can pass for a woman a decade younger than my 65 years then I’m really happy about that!! I really love the serum, the Cryo Recovery Eye Serum, Magic Lip Oil & Multi Miracle Glow Cleanser- in her make up products there are so many favourites but my go to’s are definitely the Exagger- Eyes volume mascara with Legendary Brows in Taupe. My go to foundation choices are Beautiful Skin foundation for the sheer beauty of coverage and the recent addition Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint!! Whatever make up I use I always finish off with the CT Air Brush Flawless Finish Setting Spray. I’m intrigued by the new foundation though….💋💋

Charlotte has everything one could possibly need for that face we all want ; a face and skin that’s looks more youthful hydrated and deserving of a second glance no matter wat your age!However I seem to miss every sale for some reason and just can’t afford the 2x things I need the most BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP AND AWAIT HER NEXT SALE WITH BURSTING ANTICIPATION!!!!!Please Darling Charlotte make it soon I only want / need your eye cream and a miracle cream refill …..,…….. unless u have come up with a saving grace , the dreaded neck cream then it’s 3 things I need and want but on a disabled ‘s pip pension one does struggle but all the more reason to look wonderful …..AGREED OFCOURSE AGREEDLOTS OF LOVE🌹

I started using Charlotte Tilbury about 6 months ago. I started with their day cream. Now I also use their amazing serum, night cream, eye cream and I have moved on to using their make up. Friends and colleagues have commented on how fresh my skin looks. I love their rewards and can’t imagine using any other brand of skincare or cosmetics now. The girl at the counter showed me how to correctly apply the liquid blusher, lip pencil and lipstick. You would honestly think I had lip fillers it was done so beautifully.Well done CT. Well when this app was first installed CORRECTLY from the Apple Store it worked a treat. Then all of a sudden it emptied my basket and when I attempted to go into check my basket again it logged me out of my account? I put in my correct email address and password and it keeps stating error with either email address (bizarre since I’m still receiving emails from the company?!), or password.Well it’s a nonsense as both are correct.I built up loyalty points in this account and all of a sudden I cannot access it?I’d returned items for a refund before this account annoyance started occurring.So now I’m wondering whether this ‘tech issue’ is deliberate to stop you accumulating points etc?Not a happy customer, and the tech support is terrible with this company. Advising me to change from a legitimate fully working protected browser, and to check I’m im on the UK website. I’m using the app for goodness sake, and if when I used the website it was always the UK site.It’s not user error. It’s just a terrible experience on the website and app.And I don’t experience these problems with other high end make up brands and their apps and websites. Go figure.
