Can’t connect multiple speakers

Waste of money and I can’t even cancel as isn’t appearing on subscription list. Only one set of Bluetooth speakers at one time can be connected, unlike what is described in infoI requested a refund within an hour of purchase, and under uk law we have a 14 day cooling off period! Apple declined refund after app not doing what I understood i purchased it for

A scam app that pays ad to be first recommended

If you’re looking for the Bose app to connect your device, this app will probably be the top choice, faking to be a Bose app.It’s a scam, it will first ask you to pay for a subscription, then will bombard you with ad and finally asks you to install more dodgy app.I can’t believe Apple hasn’t excluded them from the App Store yet. Just avoid or delete immediately.
Said it found Echo 1 then paid only to say no device available

Apparently found my Echo 1. So paid for app etc. then tells me no devices found.Found out my Echo 1 is faulty and is not sending out any form of connection. So how did this app find a device before I pay when there was NO DEVICE discoverable. I want my £2.99 back.
