This app is buggy and poorly designed - feels like it’s severely out of date. No one messages because they don’t want to pay £40 a month to do so. Lots of the same old fake profiles that you see on other apps. There is no verification process whatsoever. Consequently the app is open to fake profiles and romance fraud. My advice to anyone here would be to meet in person before sharing personal details such as your real name, workplace, address, etc etc To make a bad app worse I cannot delete my account. It asks you to cancel your subscription, which I have done, then it gets stuck in a doom loop and will not progress to deleting my account. So if you make an account, as it stands, you won’t be able to delete it. Shocking.

We are seeing excellent levels of message exchanged between singles - moreso than than the volume we see on our popular website.We manually vet and review every single registration to the site and have strict guidelines on who we welcome on board; our focus in quality profiles over quantity so to create more meaningful connections. We also have options to report any profiles you feel don't quite stack up.With regard, deleting your account, this can be done either via the app (in 2 clicks), or by email with simple instructions laid out in our Help documentation for those who struggle at first glance.
