Using this app for a few weeks really good especially on my iPad, easy to use also I use it for a HGV. I just did the update and today it’s been crashing when driving about 5 miles and I have to swipe the app off and restart but it crashes again. It didn’t do this before the update. Tried it on my iPhone same problem. Please fix as it’s a great app and I use it for work. Thanks

Read all the information as I have a pickup truck and fifth wheel. Want it for Europe. Where’s the price? You say after free trial there is a subscription! Fine. But how much? This information should be clear before you download. So developers if you could tell me 1) will it work for a pickup and fifth wheel and 2) THE SUBSCRIPTION COST? Thank you for your response, I notice you still haven’t told me the price. 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve searched high and low and still can’t find the UK price of the subscription. The time it’s taken for you to reply you could have just told me so I can make an informed decision! 💁🏼♀️ And again you still refuse to say the cost for me as I can’t find it. Reply to second comment. What is it that you are hiding?! One question I’ve asked, let me make it very very simple, how much in UK pounds for a year? It’s really very simple and yet two responses and no answer still 🤦🏼♀️ Maybe it really isn’t that easy to see maybe it’s my dyslexia. But in view of the fact I’ve asked twice and you can’t even answer a simple question when I need this in a months time I’ll be going elsewhere now. Makes me wonder what it would be like if one needed help. Doesn’t stay on Mute.
Got the app and the actual Navigation is good, however as I drive a coach and use the phone for intercom announcements I muted the sound and turned all audio off, however after a while it comes back on even when the phone is on silent, on do not disturb and audio off on the app. This is a big problem for me as those sudden announcements come through the speakers everywhere on the coach. So even though the price is good and the rest of the app is good I have to cancel the subscription. When someone presses mute, it should remain muted. Shame really.

Unit Settings

When I changed unit settings Metric to Imperial Uk, after I exit the app, it turns back to Metric, so I have to change every time and thats annoying. Please fix it. I used one time and that was flawless. Hopefully It will be as good as now. Thanks

• New design for the map, search, routing and navigation, in light and dark mode.
• Landscape: panels on the left, the map stays visible on the right.
• Search shows places in the visible map area, with Search in this area.
• Easier stops, route options and saved routes.
• Avoid roads works reliably.
• Guidance text: choose Standard or Large in Settings.
• More reliable GPS during navigation, without draining the battery.
